Established in 2005, it is a private medical school located in Bangladesh. The primary campus is located next to the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Kabila, Burichang Upazila, Comilla District, Chittagong Division. It has ties to both Chittagong Medical University and Chittagong University. It provides a five-year curriculum leading to the awarding of an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree. Following graduation, all graduates are required to do a one-year internship. The degree is accepted by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
