Ingush State University popularly known as Ingush Medical College University is smallest public medical university established in year 1994 in Magas, Russian Federation. Magas is the capital town of the Republic of Ingushetia, Russia. It is known as The Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education. It is one of the higher education Institutions in Russia. The university is affiliated with WHO (World Health Organization), NMC (National Medical Commission), etc. This University offers MBBS and various courses in medical domain and imparts value based training to the medical students.

The university offers 19 internship, residency courses, and 12 post graduate courses. It has a six-year program of MBBS with five years of study and an internship year.
