Entry to the blocks and rooms is controlled by an electronic card system, and the facilities are monitored by a camera surveillance system. Male and female dormitory staff provide 24-hour security and assistance.

The dormitories offer extensive facilities for student welfare and convenience. There is a 24-hour open study hall on the 6th floor of each block for studying and social activities. Additionally, there is a workshop facility specifically catering to architecture, fine arts, and dentistry students.

Furthermore, students have access to the campus library, which remains open until 11:00 PM daily, with a 24-hour open study hall available within the library premises.
