Male and female dormitory staff provide 24-hour security and assistance.

The dormitories offer extensive facilities for student welfare and convenience. There is a 24-hour open study hall on the 6th floor of each block for studying and social activities. Additionally, there is a workshop facility specifically catering to architecture, fine arts, and dentistry students.
