Upon successfully passing the fourth professional examination, students are awarded the MBBS degree. The grading system follows a percentage system, with a 60 percent pass mark for both internal and professional examinations. Students must pass written (MCQ + SAQ + formative), oral, practical, and clinical examinations separately. A mandatory one-year internship is required for all graduates. The degree is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. Students achieving 85 percent or above in a subject receive honors.
